• Not used or cancelled Green Fees will not be refunded for reasons not depending on the Hotel: 100% of the previous contracted package will be charged.
• Cancellations without costs until 48h before arrival date.
• Later cancellations, No-shows or unexpected check-outs, 100% of the previous contracted package will be charged.
• Golf courses combinations on request & availability (required at the reservation).
• By changing one of the Green Fees of the packages by one Green Fee of Abama Golf, the corresponding supplement will be charged.

• For every 7 invoiced players, 1 PRO free in every Golf course.
• For every 8 invoiced players, 1 PERSON free in the Hotel as PRO of the Group.
• For every 10 invoiced players, 1 PERSON free in the Hotel for groups without PRO
• Cancellations without costs until 15 days before arrival date (written cancellation is required).
• Later cancellations, No-shows or unexpected check-outs, 100% of the reservation will be charged.
